Guest guest
Now I am convinced that xolair is making a difference. I went through what is usually one of the worst weeks of the year for me (the yellow pollen showers I described in an earlier post) with few symptoms, wheezing *or* sneezing, with very little advair (I think I made it for FIVE days!). But in the last four or five days, that's all changed; I'm using xolair almost daily and still wheezing. I sneeze in the mornings (even though I take zyrtec at night). The only explanation I can come up with is xolair. I'm now taking muscle relaxers and doing a small elimination diet to see if we can make a dent in The Headache, and I think something is helping. Don't know what, yet, but at least my head doesn't hurt all the time. But I am finding myself obsessing about coffee. :-( So, I'm going back for another shot in eleven days. My nurse told me that eventually I would be giving myself the shots at home, if I continue on the drug. Even though I made a nasty face, she assured me that it's not as bad as it sounds. <g> Joyce
