Greg and P - glad you both are seeing such improvement and being able

to consider cutting back on your meds!

Greg, I take Advair 100 on good days, but scale up to 250 if I'm

anticipating exposure (visiting friends with cats) and 500 when I'm

in trouble and then add oral pred as necessary (which it usually

is). I end up on pred about once a month. Daily I take Claritin AND

Rescon MX which is a combo thing with some antihistamine, a lot of

sudafed, and an anti-cholinergic, as well as Astelin and Flonase

inhalers. I used to take atrovent nasal inhaler but since I haded

the Rescon MX I don't use it. I've got an albuterol neb to keep me

from having unsuccessful ER visits (which happened in June) and keep

me going until I can talk to my pulmo.

I hope everyone has a healthy holiday. I just got my 3rd round of

Xolair shots yesterday!
