Reminder about changing environments for work or play

Jeff and I live on the NC coast. We are going to the Grand Canyon

next week, where my brother is getting married. (Yes, that's right,

the Grand Canyon!) I called my pulmo's office to ask if I should do

anything other than take all the meds with me, wear sunscreen and

drink plenty of water. THe only thing he wants me to do extra is to

carry some antibiotics with me.

Just a reminder, make sure to talk with your doctor's office if you

are doing anything extraordinary for vacation, work or otherwise.
