In Quebec, you are not a candidate unless you have

private drug insurance. The public, government plan

does not cover it. Sooo that means the number of

people who are eligible is substantially restricted. I

am fortunate to have a great plan through school. This

means I need to be a student forever though...Think

that's a good reason to continue in doctoral studies?

My mom thinks so....There are now 5 of us in my city

of 3 million plus.
