Guest guest
Hi, , Good luck on your walk. My advice to you is to listen to your body. Do what you feel you can if you need some thing remember to ask. It is better than to make yourself sick or compounding your illness. I am a fellow asthmatic and sinus sufferer and have done a couple of 3 mile walks it is a lot of fun and you get to meet others. I am doing another 3 mile walk on September 18 we have our Asthma Walk-A-Thon in Chicago. I will be praying for you and your experience that it will be a good one. Don't forget to breath. If you or we can't breath then what is life.
