Guest guest
HI and welcome. I am doing the FG thing as well to eliminate a lot of the junk chemicals. As for timing, people vary in what they want to do. I give one Peptizyde and one Zyme Prime with every meal (unless there is NO dairy at all). Actually I give one Pep and don't think about it rather than meticulously scan every label. Also I give one Pep if a snack has any gluten or casein, otherwise I skip it. Sometimes I give a Zyme for a snack unless it is fresh fruit (because the fruit still has its enzymes in it and we don't have a phenol problem here). I wouldn't think your son would get " bad " craving. If he is like my son, he knows he feels a lot better with enzymes and so remembers and asks for them. My son is 9. Note: on your list of things you have peanuts. So far, no one has seen success with enzymes+peanuts (hey, you might be the first) so this is just a heads-up on that one. Take care to re-introduce one previously eliminated food at a time so you can see if it is tolerated with enzymes. Allow 2-3 days so you can see any delayed reaction, then go on to the next new food. Best wishes for good results. Post on how it turns out. .
Guest guest
If you do try fermenting veggies and you're not getting around to eating them then you could always freeze them in small bags. Then you have small portions to use when you want to. That's what I do. Den
Guest guest
Dr Walford's book is essential reading. The " welcome " message you should have gotten when you joined gives you the starting info. Read the files esp the files in the " Beginning CRON " folder and especially the file " CR Made Easy. To access the files: just go to our home page: / At the left, click on " files " . Then click on the file you want to read. Thats all there is to it. The files are jam packed with useful information. While I'm at it: To search the archives, go to the above home page and put the word or words you are searching for in the search box and click on " search archive " . Click on " next " at the bottom to continue searching back into the archives until you've found what you're looking for. Let us know if you have any problems. on 5/12/2004 9:49 PM, kindergartengirl2004 at kindergartengirl2004@... wrote: > O.K. Where do I start? Just heard about this group. Guest guest
LARRY - I'M ON COPAXONE AND HAVE TAKEN LDN FOR 17 DAYS. DR. B. HAS STARTED ME AT 4.5 AND I'VE HAD NO SIDE EFFECTS AT ALL. SOME DAYS ARE BETTER THEN OTHERS. I'M NEVER SICK, JUST FEEL STRONGER ON SOME DAYS THEN OTHERS. HE NEVER ASKED MY WEIGHT (WHICH I'M GLAD). I'M GOING TO CONTINUE MY COPAXONE TILL I FEEL I DON'T NEED IT ANY MORE. DR. B. SUGGESTED AT LEAST 3 MONTHS AND THEN IT'S MY CHOICE TO CONTINUE OR NOT. GOOD LUCK, GOD BLESS, KIM
Guest guest
Welcome to the group! I haven't had more than one taper of pred since January. It's a wonderful thing not to be on pred all the time. Let us know how you do on Xolair. I didn't have trouble with my insurance company, but I got some statements in the mail that said they rejected the bill from my doc's office due to failure to code the bill correctly. Stupid stuff that'll be corrected. Addy
