Guest guest
I asked in an earlier post if anyone had experience with the inhaled drug Spiriva. My allergist prescribed it for me a few weeks ago to try to help improve my lung function. Spiriva works by suppressing the production of mucous in the lungs. It is commonly prescribed for smokers with COPD, but is being prescribed for asthma too. So far, the results for me have been interesting but too early to make a conclusion. I have had a cold since Thanksgiving. This would normally progress to major chest congestion (even on Xolair). So far my chest has remained fairly clear. Just curious if anyone else has tried it and what their results have been. Clear breathing. Greg
