Ragweed and heat is high here

I feel like I have been trying to take a cold for over a week now and

my asthma is barely responding to my inhailed meds. I got my allergy

shot today and my Xolair nurse (a member of this group btw) told me

it was ok to take a " short burst " of Pred and wean myself off. I

took 20 mg but I won't be on it long

I used to be on 40mg every day.

I am so grateful for the Xolair and a good Allergy Clinic in my area.

I used to have to drive 240 miles round trip to Little Rock to see my

allergist or get my Xolair Injections. Now, it's only a short 11

miles across the metro area
