back from the Grand Canyon

Glad to see everyone seems to be doing well, esp Doug after all you

went through this week!

I did not have any asthma troubles due to altitude changes, changes

in climate, etc.

I did have and am still having huge sinus issues due to altitude

changes. I have been on 20mg pred daily since arriving in AZ. I

forgot how much trouble I have with flying and think next time I

will start on pred a couple of days before getting on the plane. I

have not had to start the antibiotic that my doctor sent me with,

but I'm not ruling it out as I still have a ton of inflammation.

Despite my sinus troubles, we had a great trip. My brother got

married at Shoshone Point overlooking the Canyon and everything was

just beautiful. I'll post a couple of pics once I get them

developed.
