Guest guest
, glad you have been able to do some dust proofing and feel a little better this morning. It is important to keep those mites at bay! , welcome to the group. I hope you get approved for Xolair. It does sound like you have a great doc. I am on my first URI since last December, all thanks to Xolair. (I used to get 9 or so a year.) Xolair has helped my nasal allergies to a great extent as well, so I have no complaints. , they gave me spectracef. I've never heard of it, nor the " family " of antibiotics it's from. My pharmacist looked it up in the PDR for me and said that it is frequently prescribed for chronic bronchitis. It started to break everything up fairly quickly yesterday, but that meant I was doing nothing but blowing my nose and choking until about midnight. Congestion/drainage somewhat improved today but I am plain tired. Have a bad cough, of course, but I guess that is a good sign. Tuesday is Xolair day but I will probably do that tonight (provided I don't need any more albuterol neb - makes my hands shake to much to give myself shots) so that I can get back on my weekend schedule. It works much better than going through the 35 minute regime after getting home from a long day at work. Take care all, Addy
