Guest guest
hi addy. i definately feel for you. what anti-b did they put you on? i hope it helps. who knows if your URI is from the delay in the xolair, lets just hope the xolair helps you fight it. i am going through the same thing. my dr was literally jumping for joy on wed (the 27th) b/c i made it through october (my usual time for big problems and a stay at the hospital) with only a round of cipro for a sinus infection that was traveling to my lungs...but NO prednisone was needed. we were all singing the praises of xolair. the leaves started to fall on thursday, and you can smell the mold in them, according to my husband (since i can't smell right now). my sinus flare got much worse. my eye is swollen shut again (it had just been puffy and ugly from my sinuses) and my breathing is going down hill. i'll call the ENT tomorrow, and see his plan. i was just there a week ago, and he thought it was looking better. <shrug>. hope you feel better, addy...and get some much needed sleep! heather > > > if the delay in getting my Xolair week before last has anything to > do with this current upper resp. infection.
