Guest guest
HI Doug I am so glad that you are not going to need the evil candy!!! I hope that the shots and physio work and help your comfort level. I am off for my 3rd Xolair shot this morning. I take the lowest dose at 1 vial once per month. Have been on prednisone since November 2005 (other than a brief 3 week respite before next flare!). I am down to 10mg now and hope to start tapering by 1 mg next week. I also take: Symbicort (when not on the evil candy); Oxese; Singular; Theophylline; Spiriva; Ventolin (2 puffs qid); Nasonex....YEAH....my asthma is NOT under control! I hope by this time next year I will be another success story as well!!! I woke up in pain but with a FULL set of NORMAL vocal cords I will be away from the group for a while to rest and recoup. Doug
