I would call your doctor asap or go to your nearest ER.

Really? Sigh.... I just hate my body for doing this to me sometimes.

Thanks Doug, I'll call the doc now. He's usually pretty good at answering.

I'd hate to pay a $75.00 ER copay if all the doc thinks I need is some

Benadryl. I promise to let you know how I make out, and thank you for

responding. LOL, I didn't like your answer, but I wouldn't have asked if I

had no intention of listening!

over ours any day :)

I ended up at the ER at my allergy doc's insistence, for what " could have

been " a reaction to my allergy shots. I have to give him points for

patiently talking to me on the phone but he said that it takes trained

medical eyes to sort out a reaction to worry about. He could not do it over

the phone and said that he would be medically irresponsible to do so. So I

went to the closest ER about 15 miles away, taking sleeping children and my

husband.

Ended up being the beginnings of a virus and NOT allergy related but that 3

hours in the ER late at night cost me and the insurance company almost a

thousand dollars. My part was 200 something, still paying on the

" cautionary " trip since last November.

Hope all goes all right for you. Can someone be allergic to Xolair?
