Guest guest
After two years of using xolair, blue cross has suddenly refused to pay, citing my original ige test and skin test, without further explanation. 2 other patients in my allergist's office just received the same notice, one a few weeks after being " approved. " Blue Cross has been paying up till now. My original tests met the Genentech FDA approved criteria. Anyone know what is going on? Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions, other than filing a grievance which I have done?
