I have a lady that I follow that " has " to take the Xolair every 10-12 days or

she has symptoms. She lives on a farm and is constantly exposed to all the

things she is allergic to. Xolair has a half life of 21 days. If your

situation is such that you are constantly exposed to your allergens building

more IgE at great numbers, then speak to your physician about every 10-12 days

and see if he'll agree. Most insurance companies will refill every 21 days for

a 28 day prescription.
