Guest guest
I just started physical therapy. Thisvis indeed an unusual place as they mix in wholistic methods including essential oils and energy work. I have a background in Metaphysics and have done some emergubeork myself. Quantum touch. So I am excited to be at this place. She said I have lots of energy blockages which are common post surgery. I felt a bit lighter afterwards. If amy of you are close to Cincinnati that's where they are. Oddly enough she recently had a discectomy. She thinks it's ok to take half a perc twice a day to manage the pain better. I may try it prior to going to sleep tonight. I've been up since 3 am! I notice many of you are up late at night too. I type these messages with my iPhone. A grestbthing to get if you don't have a laptop. Thanks! Rhonda On Dec 3, 2008, at 6:55 PM, " boojazz2006 " <boojazz2006@...> wrote: Thanks Deb: I did google this. It sounds like a possibility. Guest guest
Hi Boo, I had a disc herniation at level C5,6. After lots of indecision, I had a microdisectomy in late October. I've done well....no more tingling in arm & hand, arm pain is also gone. What I do have now is the numbness in my upper back when I sit or stand too long or just overdo things. My dr said that it's because nerves are healing where muscles were cut & would take at least 3 mos or more to resolve. In the past I've also had the tingling only on the left side of my face, at the time, the dr told me it could be a deficiency. I take B complex & it seems to have resolved. I did notice also that around the time my disc herniated, it would bother me from time to time? Don't know if that was related. Also, stress can bring on the tingling in the face. For me, everything has been on the left side. Have you noticed any type of pattern? Ang > > Hi I have had many surgeries and issues with my back and neck. But > here's a new one.
