One thing that's really good to add to chicken soup is lots and lots of garlic - I use great heaping spoonfuls of the minced garlic you can get in jars. Also, if you're in a hurry and don't have time to chop things, you can use the frozen broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix and the prepackaged grilled chicken cubes. Guest guest Posted January 21, 2005 Report Share Posted January 21, 2005 I am also a big fan of the minced garlic that you can buy in the jar in the veggie section at the grocery. I can't tell any difference between that and fresh garlic in recipes. I do like to roast whole garlic in the oven and put it on bread - that helps with sinuses too or seems to.
