I had been looking online for about a year for a website with referals I am so happy I finally found what I was looking for www.coccyx.org this is a great website for people suffering unberable pain. It hurts really odd in the morning when I sit down, I have spinal stenosis and DDD, anyone know why this might happen?? I can't lift my arse up off the bed when it flares. good luck.
