Guest guest
I have been having problems with chronic URI since before Christmas. Of course, it doesn't help that my 6-yr old has been bringing home the germs from school and I think we have just been passing them back and forth. He's been sick since mid-November. The baby has had RSV and is still sick, too. The only healthy one in the house is my wife. How she has remained immune is beyond me. Work has also been incredibly stressful. I don't mind the stress of hard work - I do mind when we have serious problems and others just ignore the problem or give it lip service. Finally making some headway, though. Hopefully things will calm down in the near future. In the midst of all of this I am trying to get some moderate exercise in. It's certainly good for my mental state, not to mention overall health. Gave my Xolair shot last night. I know that if it were not for Xolair, the events/illness past few months would have put me in the hospital for sure. Haven't used pred in several weeks. Hardly use albuterol, and gave up the nebulizer long ago. Only taking Advair and Spiriva. Jury is still out on that one. Don't feel like it is getting a fair shot because of the other issues at hand. Breathe well. Greg
