Guest guest Posted December 21, 2008 Report Share Posted December 21, 2008 Hi Ivan, Well mine works like a preasure pump~( I know there are different kinds ) I usually pump mine up till it feels confortable but not tight~~around 20 some pounds. Mine will go up to alittle past 40. but the physical Therapist told me no one should ever use 40 or over. I can feel a relief on the disc pretty fast with it as I get alot of pitched nerves.
