Dear Cinderella Princess,

I never had any problems with my neck until I was injured while I was under

anesthesia for a knee surgery. During the surgery, when I was OUT, things

didn't go as planned and I had to be moved.

Since the morning after surgery I have been found to have 3 herniated cervical

discs, spinal cord displacement, ddd, and " mild spinal stenosis " .

When I read your post, I reminded me a lot of myself. I have been in severe

pain~hands, fingers and arms. I also have a lot of pain in my feet and legs and

at times it is difficult for me to walk. My doctors told me that the cervical

spine has nothing to do with my legs and that my symptoms don't match. The

ironic thing is that most of my doctors are affiliated with the hospital that

hurt me. I feel that they are just keeping me doped up so I don't sue or have

symptoms to sue.

As far as the ddd, the doctors all act like the ddd caused the herniated

discs. How could I just become so injured overnight without something happening

to me?

Anyway, it was interesting to hear someone else say that they had involvement

with their legs after a neck injury.

You are most welcome. A light bulb just went on in my head. Almost

exactly a year ago I was in a car accident and got whiplash. That

might explain the pain between my shoulders. But why would my lubar

region be so painful? Thank you for waking me up.
