Maybe some of you've had these problems too? My primary care doctor is trying to make me have 2 spinal cord stimulators put in, 1 upper back and 1 lower back. I'm still in the process of making an appt. with a surgeon for a second visit who says " he doesnt have a clue what the source of my pain is " . I'm caught between 3 doctors opinions, my primary doctor, the pain management doctor, and a surgeon that is proving difficult to get an appt. to see again. My primary doctor prescribes meds. for the pain and they work but he's been making it difficult on my lately to get them refilled. I have to have my husband call the drs. office to tell them I'm taking the meds properly. I've had this doctor for 25 years and now he's worried about loosing his license over my meds. I'm confused and gettin that alone feeling too. I can't get in to see any other surgeons so far they all say they don't take medicaid, but they're on medicaids list of providers!! So here's what I've been told I'm dealing with, I've had scoliosis all my life and alot of the bones are moved over out of place or sideways. Funny I was told to have this fixed when I was 35 and now that I'm on medicaid they are shuffling me right out the office doors as fast as they can. Sooooooo............... how has your day been??? lol
