Your story sounds similar to mine. You are not alone. Only thing is, you got SSDI and I applied for SSD a few months ago and soon they'll send me to one of their Physicians for their exam. Guest guest
RIGHT THERE WITH YA!!! Sucks to be where we are, but that is the hand that I was dealt and I'll play it! I'm tired of fighting and I'm tired of the medical system in this country, but it's what we have to work with! I'm still hoping for change, but also not holding my breath! You are not alone!!! Don't know if that helps how you feel, but just know that you are not alone! > > ladyluvvylinda wrote: > > I went from being a professional who paid taxes, owned a home, > raised my children, sent them to college. > I thought I had done everything to protect myself and am now > indigent, with 0 funds, on food stamps, living with relatives today, > no health care and suffering from my disability. > > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > > Hiya, - and welcome to our group! > > Your story sounds similar to mine. > You are not alone. > > Only thing is, you got SSDI and I applied for SSD a few months ago > and soon they'll send me to one of their Physicians for their exam. > > Dunno what's gonna happen, yet I hold Faith that God only gives me > what He knows I can handle... > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >

Thanks for the welcome. I find it odd that I never could have predicted this. in Oregon
