I had this diseases since 1998.

I had Herniated Disc @C5/C6 (severe:my last MRI (in Surabaya, East Java)

result dated February 21, 2005) and Bulge @C3/C4.

Because of food allergic, especially protein, I had this diseases.

The first symptom is itchy on my hands and ears, then I threw up and my

mouth became cramp.

That all happened since I was teenager until I married (+/- 1967 -1990).

I want to stop consume the medicines(not for my allergic, it

undercontrolled/diet, it for my cervical pains problem) because I could

be healed.

Today to reduce my pains (cramp in my cervical area, cramp in both of

my eyes, the annoying tinnitus in both my ears, unnormally breathing

and swallowing) I consume rivotril 2mg, kalxetin 10mg and frissium.

I am looking for someone, some kind of foundation or sponsorship or

something similar with that who could and willing to help me because I

am a candidate for laser surgery (email from Bonati Institute dated 31

May 2005)at the Bonati Institute at Florida, United State of America (

I have sent my MRI result to Bonati Institute dated May 13, 2005 via

FedEx delivery).

The reasons why I choose The Bonati Institute:

- Minimally risk after the surgery

- Outpatient procedures

- Local anesthetic

- Modern technology

Please do not ignore this email.

Please read with your heart.

Thank you.
