Guest guest Posted December 20, 2008 Report Share Posted December 20, 2008 Howdee all, When I do my cervical exercises quite frequently I get headaches from the bowels of hell. If i I don't do them, I get tingling in my lower arms and hands, Anyone else experience this? Any thoughts? Some of my discs are quite flat in my neck but the surgeon said too soon for an operation.
