I bought this gel neck wrap that stays in the freezer, and I have to

tell ya, when my pain is so bad that I am just a mess, putting this

cold pack around my neck and numming it so it doesn't hurt is such a

relief. I do have some instances where doing that just does not feel

like such a good idea, don't know why, can't explain it..... but a lot

of times doing that and taking an ativan helps calm down those kinds of

episodes/days. I also have a strap and a thin tube of cloth that

slides over it, the strap has velcro to hold it place. This web-site

even sells it for 10 dollars cheaper than I bought it for at where I

was going to physical therapy at the time... Buying this thing was

well worth the money. My husband has even found it helping with his

siatica and was using it quite a bit too. Or putting it on the hands

for swelling from arthritis help too. We have gotten a lot of uses

from that thing. Just a thought.... Hope the days a head are better

for you, I hope they are better for us all, especially these coming
