My left hip is just killing me, and my pain meds don't seem to be

touching it. I'm getting to the point of no concentration. This is

new for me with this hip thing with it being this bad. Does the back

cause something like this does any one know?? I've tried stretches,

seems movement makes it worse.... I'm gonna try and wrap my ice pack

around my hip. This is nagging me so..... I don't know.. maybe I

just really did over do it yesterday. This has to go away " tonight "

I can't have this right now. When I have stuff to do, I get this mind

set---okay, my back hurts and my neck hurts----I can do that at this

time, and this at that time and bla bla bla Then when something

throws a kink in it, then it just totally blows my mind set. LOL

Boy that sounds funny huh? But it does. I was dealing with what I

expected, what I knew was going to happen if I did this or did that....

Okay, I stop babbling.....

Hey Sue,

Your back can absolutely affect your hip. It can be referred pain. Your back may

be the source of the pain but it is manifesting in your hip.

Heating pad, Ice and alternate. Same as everything else, and be careful with the

stretching.

Should ease in a few days, you probably did overdue it. We all have that

problem. LOL

Thanks... That is weird, I had wondered if it was my back, but my

back doesn't really hurt too much. Not hardly like my hip anyways.

The ice doesn't seem to be helping. I'm just hoping it will be gone

in the morning! Speaking of which, time to turn in. Good luck to
