Guest guest Posted August 8, 2006 Report Share Posted August 8, 2006 Hi, I posted a month or so ago, it has been a while. My Pain Clinic appt. has been postponed yet again -- September 22. I am getting really frustrated. I have to work everyday, as I know many of you do, and it hurts! I just wanted to whine a little to people who would understand! Does anyone know of any good (and safe) stretching exercises? Certain stretching really helps the pain. (Lower back, sciatica, severe leg pain, both sides.)
