I just found out I have buldging discs at L2-L3 herniated disc L-4 Fragment slipped from L-4 to L-5 Pressing not left side nerve root. Have some numbness in left leg. Sinal Stenosis L-5 S1. Lost height in L-5 Lost lot of height in S-1. My pain isn't all the time. I have tons of questions but I will have to wait until I get home. I'm in Pitts for the holidays. Will be home Thurs night. I'm 52 yrs have had back trouble for several years. Worse since Sept. I have 2 grand kids I babysit 3 times a week. & 2 I watch every now & then.
