I live over an hour away from all these offices and do not drive myself unless absolutely necessary. I took myself out of work because I felt that I was an endangerment being on the road under the influence of narcotics and muscle relaxers (fell asleep behind the wheel at 65 mph one too many times), and hand delivery is a waste of gas. Also, hand-delivering is their word against mine because I'd never get past the receptionist and I don't trust them as far as I can walk (which isn't very far)! Guest guest
Hi Ya Patty A, I see you still having trouble. I've been following your post, and just wanted to say hello, and to let you know I am pulling for ya. I know all to well what you are going through, it can get really rough sometimes, when there are other responsible parties involved, and when docs are working for the insurance company instead of looking out for your well be-ing. I had one like that, when I left the hospital, they gave me a Rx for pain killers, and when the PM found out he said well go back to that doc instead of coming to him. He was a real a$$, but he's got 4 offices in the area I live. He has built off the suffering of others, and will get his upcoming in the end. Anyways I didn't mean to carry on about my past. I hope this finds you in less pain, and you keep your head up lady. Have a safe and painless weekend. george The dog has seldom been successful in pulling man up to its level of sagacity, but man has frequently dragged the dog down to his. I do not recall reading where these letters were sent certified, this is why I suggest hand delivering to insure their arrival. And if this circumstance is already in the full blown legal phase, the party's Attorney will be handling the correspondance... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Simply stated - I share my experiences. Take what you need...and leave the rest. For me, I conduct my business in person as much as possible, and I receive written receipts or confirmation for all my transactions. I wear a badge and still perform my personal affairs in the same manner. It will be crystal clear the other party is receiving my materials and I assure them I have received their's. We're on the same page, Debra...just different methods - LOL. O ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
