Guest guest
I have 8mm of retrolesthesis in L5 and a pinched nerve in the Foramen that shoots unbearable pain down my right leg to my foot. I've received an epidural that has me somewhat functional but the pain stays nearby and raises its head occasionally. Is there anything that can be done to reverse the retrolesthesis? Are there any gene therapies that help disc regenration? Has anyone heard of the disc regeneration work done by Dr. Emil Sobol at the Russian Cybernetic Medicine academy? Are there specifiic physical theraphy exercises I should be doing? Thank you,
