Guest guest
Hello to all, I am from coastal Louisiana. This is my situation. I have a Prominent Central Broad base disk herniation at T- 5 and 6 that creates posterior displacement of and deep compression of the Spinal Cord. The compression of the cord is causing inability of allways control blatter, significate and broad numbness to both left and right arms, pinky ,ring fingers and unable to take a full breath most of the time. I am having lots of pain as y'all can imiagine. I have a upcomming appointment with a Neuro-Surgeon April 15th next month. I do not think that surgery will control the pain but the main objective would be to keep the spinal cord from more compression and possible causing death to the cord below the T5-6 level resulting in being in a wheel chair. Does the group have and input on actual " Cord Compression " issues?? Pain is not a new issue in my life for I have Crohn's disease and Rheumotoid Arthiritis. I hope that someone can give some personal experience in this area. Thank Y'all in advance N South Louisiana
