Herniated L5-s1 and Inversion table

Hi I'm new to the group and was reading some of the post. I had

surgery on my l5-s1 disc in Jan and now it has herniated again much

larger than the first time. the dr tells me I can have the surgery I

had the first time (where they go in and clean it out) or I could have

a fusion, it's up to me. I also have DDD.

I'm a bit confused about having the surgery (not sure that it will

work) and was wondering if anyone has used the inversion table with any

luck or if you can use them when you have had a fusion.

I read how much some of you are in pain and it makes my pain sound

minimum compare to what you all deal with.
