Dear Ladies,I am trying to help another sister out and help her to find arheumatologist in Tucson or very close by Tucson.

I am from Tucson originally, and that is where all my horrors were lived out. I found that there was not one single rheumatologist in that city who believed that implants caused disease, and as a result, I gave up on regular doctor care there. I began seeing naturopathic physicians after the rheumatologist I saw me told me "You are all better, you don't need to see me anymore." This is after he told me I had an elevated rheumatoid factor, macrocytosis, and a lowered C3 complement! ( "I don't believe it--- it is lab error...") And he told me my brain MRI was normal, when the report itself said that I had mild atrophy in the back of my brain. After that I called every rheumatologist in the phone book and asked if they believed in the connection between implants and disease, and they all said no. I sure hope that someone can give her a good recommendation since I moved last year, because I struck out.

However, I must say that Tucson, AZ is a mecca for alternative medicine. It is the home of Dr. Weil, and his clinic for Integrative Medicine. I also know that there was a naturopathic physician there whose wife was sick from her implants, so he had firsthand experience in dealing with a sickened implant victim 24/7. I did not see him, but a different naturopathic physician. (Dr. Lance .) I wish I could remember the name of the doctor with the sick implanted wife, but all I remember is that his name began with an "A" and had a different sort of ring to it. I am sure that if your friend does some phone calling she will find people who can take care of her who know that implants make women sick.

Here are some names I came up with in my search for care while in Tucson. I hope this will help.
