tests without prescriptions

Just as you can go and get a mammogram without a prescription....then of

course you would have to pay cash....a prescription for non invasive tests

is so that a third party payor will consider it medically necessary.

Learned all this when I worked hospital administration......basically any

test that is NON invasive you can have done at your request....when I say

non invasive I mean they are not giving the patient any medicine....that

requires a dr's script.
