I lost weight while on pred

Don't faint. Taking pred for so long made me become Type II Diabetic.

My family doctor told me in October 2003 that my lipid profile was

very high and that along with being diabetic and heart disease in my

family was not good for me. She gave me 5 years to live if I didn't

change my lifestyle drastically.

Well, since then my lipids are GREAT, I have lost 35 pounds and use

the treadmill for 45 minutes every day. I'M GONNA LIVE! hahahahaah

The diabetic diet and exercise did the trick. The diet is not THAT bad.

Basically, I just watch how many carbs i take in at every meal.

My wife is NOT going to get that life insurance money or get a younger

model when I'm gone after all. HAHAHAHAHAHA!

My only problem is having enough $$$ to pay for my medical bills and

insurance premuims (grin)

I just fainted! Pred and Diabetic? I think I have all the side

effects from Pred except that one. Someone said smile, things could

be worse, so I smiled and sure enough they got worse! LOL

The wife said something about an 18 year old on each arm, I think I

have to much insurance!
