Guest guest
Hi everyone I may be new to this group but unfortunately I am not new to pain. My name is and I live in Illinois. I have 2 wonderful boys ages 9 and 14 and unfortunately my 14 year old is severely disabled. Due to the constant lifting and careing for him my vertibrea in my back are shot. I have multiple disc protruisions in my spine at different levels. My latest and worse yet has been my neck. I have had bad back issues for the last 5 years that are not manageable by pain meds. I have been on everything from vicoden to any muscle relaxer you can name. Recently my neck has gotten so bad that I am unable to use my right arm. I am scheduled for a anterior cervical disc removal and vertibrea fusion on May 14. I would love anyone that has had this done to tell me what to expect. I am ready to have it done just a little nervious. Thanks and I hope to get to know you guys well.
