Guest guest Posted January 31, 2011 Report Share Posted January 31, 2011 I decided to follow my sister's advice & go to San Francisco Airport's website & file a formal complaint. I have received a response to my complaint in less than 48 hours asking for further details so an investigation can be launched. I don't really expect that anything will come of it for me personally, but I do expect that this may cause future disabled travelers to get better treatment. I urge any other members who may go through my horrible experience to do the same & report this abuse to the proper authorities.
