Subject: [ ] My 1 year post-op

Hi All,I had my 1 year post-op today with Dr. Hu @ UCSF.For reference: I had A/P surgeries for flatback correction 1 year ago. I'm now fused to the sacrum.I'm doing very well, great really! And I'm just as happy (or happier) with my surgery results as I was a year ago! The big news from today is that I'm about 90-95% fused! Not a total surprise since I was about 70% fused on my 6mo post-op. But it is just great to know.Anyways just wanted to post the good news as I know some of you personally out there just starting to recover... Really take it easy, be patient, look forward, and you'll be there!Thank you to this group again!Sincerely,SF Bay Area

I am so happy for you . It is because of your before & after pics that I chose Dr. Hu too. She is a FANTASTIC surgeon & I hope that my results are as good as yours. So "Thank you" to you too...............Kathy

That is good news for you !!

Do you know where the clinic is at nearby the SF airport? I could've gone there

in March I made my app't at UCSF, but I just didn't know where it is...(?)

Anybody....(like ) that has gone to the airport clinic? In the future, my

husband & I need to go there if we can find out where it is! Thanks!

Hi Carol V.,

Thanks!

Fyi, whenever I can, I get an appointment at UCSF-Mission Bay clinic. That is

much closer (to the Peninsula and the airport) than Parnassus.

I do not know of a clinic right by the airport though.
