Guest guest
Hi Kathy,I am not interested in suing anyone. I look at it this way: I am 68 years old. Do I want to spend who knows how many years into the future spending time and money and suffering a whole lot of grief and aggravation only to lose in the end? Without going into detail, a few years ago one of my relatives sued her doctor for what we all thought was a VERY clear case of malpractice. As she was dealing with her lawyer and the courts, I was acting as a buffer with some lawyer friends to run by them what she was being told to see if it was all legitimate. They had no axe to grind or any reason to protect the other lawyers but their reports were just as pessimistic as my relative's were. In the end and after several years, she was awarded an extremely small settlement which assessed no blame and which melted away after lawyers and insurance companies were paid off. She died shortly thereafter. That experience showed me what it's like trying to take on the legal industry. I just thank God that people like Dr. Lenke exist.
