Guest guest
Here's one for all of you. If you are on a neb (as needed) or use your albuterol inhaler as needed... When do you know it is time to use them? DO you wait for wheezing/coughing -- Do you use when you have first signs of difficlutly getting out a sentence. Do you use them when you can feel that burning (like sucking in cold air) feelings in your tubes? I just want to know -- not looking for medical advice. I am actually underusing my neb and inhaler. I am just so worried about over using them and becoming dependent (see I told you I was new to this. I just keep waiting for my body to become stronger and not need these things. I also have issues about high blood pressure and a racing heart (110-120 resting) so I really try not to use it (I know -- bad patient, no candy....) ps -- whoever recommended that book about the 14 super foods -- THANKS! I have enjoyed reading it and am trying to follow it's advice.
