I just got my tempeh and natto starts from GEM Cultures.

The tempeh calls for an incubation temperature of 85F

while the natto requires 104F.

Any ideas on how to maintain these temps for extended

periods of time? Are there websites that sell devices

for this purpose (similar to yogurt makers)?
