By the way--I am beginning to think it really does help--even with the sinus rhinitis (hay fever). I have had some sneezing sessions, but they have been just that--nothing more as has happened in the past! I'll know for sure this summer when ragweed hits. And for those who are concerned about their low IGe, mine is 31--just barely over the required minimum as I understand it.
