Just curious. Is everyone else getting six or seven or multiples of the same

emails? Or is it just my address that is messed up.

I have had trouble getting into the " reply " screen and have been having to try

several times.

Doug, I am so sorry you had to endure being " gassed. " . Isn't your neb

handheld and " mobile " enough to carry with you or is it still too bulky?

I get my 8th xolair shot next week. I have had three weeks of being outside,

being very active physically and have used my rescue inhaler hardly at all. I

am believing that the xolair is beginning to work! I neb once in the morning,

take my other asthma drugs but then that's it!

Hope everyone can breathe a little better--a whole lot better because of

xolair.

I was in a medical building for a NON asthma related Dr. appointment

yesterday morning. There is NO smoking in those buildings so I thought

I would be safe from asthma triggers right? Well, as

I was riding an elevator, it stopped and a lady got on who was

DRENCHED in perfume. Good grief, she must have taken a bath in the

stuff!!!

For 8 floors, I had to hold my breath, or at try. It was 4 hours

before I could get to my neb machine. The small, hand held, inhalers

don't work for me because I am allergic the propellent.

Some days, I want to give up and not even get out of bed. At least

there I have my nice, CPAP machine that has CLEAN, HEPA, humidified

air to breathe :)

Yes, they showed up on my screen too. It looks like E-groups

may have been having the hiccups Tuesday night! Or maybe it was

Wednesday...

Fight back next time!

Before you get on that elevator don't bath for a month, eat lots of

garlic, cabbage, beans, beans and more beans, and turn your

posterior in the direction of the offense as you bend over to tie

your shoes.

Press all the buttons on the elevator so your opposition can escape.

Hey, mother nature invented the skunk, right? Take the cue!

Sorry to hear that!!! Hopefully you are feeling

better now. (Sadly, that's a club that a few of us,

self included, don't want to belong to.)

Pre Xolair, I actually had a situation like that with

a Respitory Therapist back in 2003!!! He had come to

se me in my hospital room, to give me a breathing

treatment, in my room the Respitory Wing at the

local hospital! He REAKED of after shave or

deoderant. You would have thought he would have had a

CLUE, seeing what he did for a living. I ended up

having an attack due to him and had to spend another

day in the hospital. THANK GOD I haven't had any

thing like that happen again!
