Mustard recipe

6 Tablespoons yellow mustard seed

1/2 to 1 t. salt

2-3 T. apple cider vinegar

1/4 t. tumeric

Soak mustard seeds 8 hours or overnight. Drain. Put in blender,

vitamix or food processor. Puree to desired consistency with vinegar,

tumeric and add salt. Taste and adjust salt to vinegar. Age on the

counter for a week.

The taste after blending is not the final product and not very

mustardy but after a week it really is good. Think the soaking brings

out the natural sugar as it has a slight sweet to it.
