I fermented brown rice with kefir grains--what now?

So I just started my first experiment of fermenting whole grains with

kefir grains. I have about 700 ccs of organic brown rice soaking in

purified water, mixed with a heaping tablespoon of small kefir grains.

I have it on a warm electric plate and hope to keep the average

temperature about 15 C for a day or two.

Um ... so what do I do when they're finished?? I could just cook and

eat, but I'd rather do some kind of experiment to see what kind of

microflora has grown. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start?
