Not a problem for me at all, however, as we say quite a bit in this group.. " all people are different and react differently " Doug
Guest guest
I also am a well experienced Avelox patient and haven't had problems taking it. I self-inject, so I've never had to worry about a different nurse mixing my vials or injecting me. Surely it was the fact that your vial wasn't mixed properly? The powder is mixed with Sterile Water for Injection so I wonder if injecting a small bit of powder is a problem, as the SWI itself wouldn't cause a reaction?? Maybe our nurse JoAnn will be able to provide us with an answer.... Hang in there, Addy > > Yesterday I went to get my xolair shots I recieved 2 shots at 12:oo pm. > The last one must not have been mixed too well because alot of thin > liquid went down my arm. Guest guest
It's now 3:00 pm . I took my avelox this morning . My rash has gone away and there never was a problem at the injection sites. It is a mystery to me.There is only one thing though that comes to mind. I was crocheting with some yarn that was in the basement.Maybe that is it.Thanks for everyone's input. I never had a problem before and I really did not want it to be two of the drugs that help me the most. Most antibiotics don't work for me anymore....Sharon In , " pyle456 " <coachmac@...> wrote: > > > > I also am a well experienced Avelox patient and haven't had problems > taking it.
