Here is what you can see on your dish. Enjoy. Ingredients Rice or barley KOJI 300g Natto 300g condiments Threaded Kombu (kelp) 30g (soysauce cooked one is fine) Soy sauce 200cc Mirin 200cc Threaded Carrot 1 pc Sliced Shiitake (if available) 1 pc Recipe Put all condiments in a pan and heat until boil then turn off heat. Add some KOJI flakes at temp 60C (Enzyme of koji is active) Add Natto at temp 45C (If you prefer koji alive, add koji at temp below 40C) Mix well and keep in the refregerator. Sprinkle sesame seed for mildness . Great spread on cracker,sandwich bread,rice or with vegetable sticks. Or on fresh salad or omelette/scramble egg. Eat with in 5 days. Maybe helpful for those with high blood pressure,blood clud, arteries and vein... Your evaluation is welcome. Thank you in advance.
