I'm now thinking of adding more fermented products to my diet.... but what do you guys think are the most nutritious and healthy for the body? there's too many variety of fermented food out there... was wondering if anyone could tell me what they like the best, and why. for example, i know that natto are very good for preventing cancer right? same thing with shittaki mushrooms.... but how about all the other fermented food?
