Thanks for the information, Ed. I think I was on another list that you are

no longer a member of. It's good to see you again.

I've been using the heating pads with a double layer of towel between them

and the brewing vessels. So far they are doing well. I've been looking

online for a reptile pad and will look to invest in one of those for future

use depending on how the heat does for this brewing cycle.
